Norris Cylinder, a TriMas Company, is pleased to announce the promotions of Shari Keller and Jerry Holman, effective October 1, 2024, as part of the company’s ongoing strategic realignment to drive innovation and operational excellence.
Shari Keller, who joined Norris Cylinder in April 2014, has been promoted to the role of Executive Director, Technical Services. Shari brings a wealth of experience, having served in various leadership capacities across engineering, quality assurance, and operations. In her new position, she will oversee critical functional areas, including new product development, industry relations, engineering, quality assurance, and sustainability. Additionally, Shari will chair Norris’ 80/20 Committee, focusing on driving strategic improvements.
Jerry Holman, who joined Norris Cylinder in April 2024 as Operations Manager for the Huntsville site, has been promoted to Director of Operations for the Huntsville facility. With extensive experience in heavy industrial manufacturing and leadership roles at various companies, Jerry has already demonstrated his commitment to operational excellence and strategic execution. In his new role, Jerry will assume full responsibility for the Huntsville site's operational plans, budgets, P&L, and overall performance.
